Liked competent staff and spacious hotel.
The room was individual & luxurious, came with king size bed. The location was handy, so close to the roundabout. Also, such main attraction as Moat House was 3 km from this hotel.

Spent one night at a well-appointed King Room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were polite and friendly. Enjoyed a nice evening meal. The bar was out of ice , unfortunate. The location is peaceful, providing good access to main roads without the noise, but the hotel sign could be more brightly illuminated for easier navigation.

Brilliant toast and jam to every taste. Luxurious room and hot breakfast to start the day.

Parking directly at the hotel without additional costs, good transport connection by car, breakfast is sufficient (could be a bit more extensive - the selection of cheese or sausage was good).

Ideal starting point to explore the Cotswold. Staff are courteous and competent, English breakfast 1a. Restaurant offers a good selection of different dishes. This accommodation is recommended.

great stay but areas need improvement
The bed in my room was particularly comfortable and allowed for a great night's rest.
The common areas of the hotel needed more attention and upkeep.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly.
The Full Breakfast was not good, the scrambled eggs fried sometimes too long and sometimes too short, the Black Pudding and the Bacon fried much too long, so that everything was dry. Sometimes we got a pot of tea for 6 cups, then again only for 3 cups. What we also did not like was that we booked in October for the end of May, but the money was debited shortly after the booking.

Good location. Bus connection to the next villages, parking lot in the yard is large enough, friendly staff!
Breakfast moderate. Hardly any choice. Bed too soft. Blanket too thick. Carpet was dirty, rotten spots and dirty joints in the bathroom. Water too strongly chlorinated. Air conditioning was defective and was not repaired. Key card was constantly locked. Noisy accommodation.
